SN80

General description

SN 80 is Group I light base oils also called spindle oil which has viscosity at 100 C around 3,0 – 3,5 cSt or 12,5-14,0 cSt at 40C. The product has a light colour and a low flash point but very good low temperature properties which allows SN 80 to be desired for artic applications. SN 80 base oils is manufactured from paraffinic crude oil at the base oils unit where vacuum distillates being refined usually though solvent dewaxing.

  • Industrial application
  • Anticaking and anti-adhesive products
  • Technological oils
  • Protective applications

Packing

SN 80 base oils can be delivery in flexi-containers, iso-tank or bulk vessels for export, or trucks in Europe. In CIS countries the product is available in rail tank cars.
